The Library of Changbai Korean Autonomous County opened to the public in January 2016.
The library includes a consultation office, a news room and reading rooms, including one for blind people.
To date, the library has collected more than 70,000 paper books and over 3,000 e-books. Lectures, trainings and reading sharing events are sometimes held here as well.
