Hailir Pesticides and Chemicals Group (海利尔药业集团) was founded in 1999. It is a state-designated pesticide production enterprise, as well as an integrated agrochemical group with the ability to research and development, produce and sell pesticides and functional fertilizers. 

On Jan 12, 2017, Hailir Pesticides and Chemicals Group was listed on the A share market on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Hailir adheres to the strategy "Rejuvenate the Corporation through Science and Technology". In 2010, the company's R&D center was recognized as a state-level technical enterprise center. 

It is also one of the six state-level technical centers in China's pesticide industry, as well as the only technical center in northern China. It has undertaken the National 863 Program, the National Twelfth Five-Year Technology Support Program, the National Spark Program, and the National Torch Program, and has more than 40 patents. 

Hailir Group also adheres to the established 13 national standards, and has won national, provincial and municipal scientific and technological progress awards many times. 

Hailir Group has been recognized as a National High-tech Enterprise, an important high-tech enterprise for the State Torch Program, and a national innovation pilot enterprise.
