The Cemetery Park of Revolutionary Martyr Yang Jingyu, covering 20,000 sq m on a hill on the eastern side of the Hunjiang River, was established in 1954 to commemorate General Yang Jingyu, a great hero of the fight against Japanese troops in the 1930s.

Entering the gate, visitors can see a 3.8-meter-high bronze statue of General Yang Jinyu. It was built in November 1985, and weighs four tons.

The park consists of five buildings. The main building is divided into two parts — a mourning hall and an exhibition hall depicting the achievements and tales of General Yang Jinyu.

The display room exhibits more than 280 documents and photos about Yang’s life in war.

The park has been designated as one of the demonstrative zones for patriotism education and one of China's top 100 spots about Red Army history.
