The Former Site Museum of Changchun Film Studio is one of the best places to learn about the history and development of the film industry in Changchun, Jilin province.

The site, covering 46,137 square meters, was constructed on the area occupied by the original Manchu Film Corporation in 1937.

Visitors can learn about the industry’s development from behind the camera and the history of the film industry through cultural objects and art exhibitions and by watching old films in the museum.

Additionally, the site is a provincial patriotism education base where people can learn about the history of Northeast China in the war period.
