Launched in 1988 as the high-end international hotel brand Hilton's inaugural project in China, Jing'an Hilton is hailed as Shanghai's first five-star hotel, located in the bustling commercial and entertainment center of Puxi, a former French concession area. The 42-floor, 775-room hotel features various kinds of luxurious guestrooms and executive suites, with a broad view of the scenery and a full set of facilities including an executive lounge, a SPA center, a fitness center, a hair salon, an indoor swimming pool, an indoor squash court and an outdoor tennis court. Besides, delicate shops for flowers, gifts and books can also be found in the hotel.

Renowned as "the West Point Academy of the hotel industry in China" during the 1990s, the hotel treats guests with eight exquisite restaurants, all decorated in distinctive and elegant styles and serves different kinds of delicious cuisines from home and abroad.
