Liaoyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Liaoyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine was founded in April 1984 and was one of the first teaching hospitals in China. It is an integrated hospital offering medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, health care and rehabilitation.

The hospital has 17 medical areas and 800 beds. Currently it has more than 700 medical personnel and technicians.

The hospital also supervises two national key specialized programs of traditional Chinese medicine and five provincial ones. Advanced medical machines such as a full-automatic biochemical analyzer and electronic colonoscope are also available at the hospital.
