Tianjin Medical University General Hospital

Tianjin Medical University General Hospital was founded in 1946 and was one of the five national central hospitals at that time. Famous medical experts and doctors from Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Cheeloo College of Medicine, Liaoning Medical University and Guiyang Medical University worked there in the early days, which laid a solid foundation for the hospital's development. After more than 70 years it has grown into Tianjin's largest Grade Three Class A hospital and a medical center providing medical services, teaching, scientific research and disease prevention.
