Coin-shaped meat pie, as the named indicates, is made in the shape of a coin and was created by the Changsha Jiuruzhai Cured Meat Shop in 1938. It is the only Hunan cured meat product that is not smoked. 

When steamed and sliced, the tasty flavor gives the eater a pleasant experience. The meat pie is fat but not greasy, giving it a unique texture, while its unique shape and special taste has attracted a countless number of customers.
