The history of Shenyang University can be traced back to Mukden Industrial School and Xinmin Public School established in 1906.
The campus covers an area of 528,000 square meters, with a building area of 502,000 sq m. The university’s library has more than 1.68 million books, with more than 517,000 e-books.
The university has 20 teaching departments, with 66 undergraduate majors offered covering 10 disciplines –– economics, law, education, literature, history, science, engineering, agriculture, management and art, with more than 1,150 teachers and 17,000 students.
Shenyang University has established links with more than 100 universities and colleges in over 30 countries and regions.
