The Yangzhou Third People's Hospital (Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital Xinqu Branch) is the only "Tertiary Level A" infectious disease specialist hospital in Yangzhou that integrates the prevention, medical treatment, teaching, and research of infectious diseases. It is also plays an important part in dealing with public health emergencies in Yangzhou.
