Its former name was "Thirteen Caves", because it consists of thirteen connected caves. They are the most inclusive limestone caves in Changsha and natural heritage formed over hundred millions of years.
The total length is 2,300 meters. The caves are deep and quiet. They are winding and zigzagging. The largest cave can accommodate thousands of people, yet the narrowest place can only allow a single person to go through. There are plenty of stalactites, stalagmites and stalagnate in different shapes. The wonderful view inside is beyond your imagination. It is warm in winter and cool in summer inside the caves. It is a nice place to avoid summer heat and relax.
