(1)Information

If you have any questions about the service supplied by the airport, please refer to the information desk. They will offer you such consulting services as scheduled flights, flow of emplaning and related knowledge about emplaning, as well as business services like fax and copying.

(3)Easy Boarding

The Terminal Building A is equipped with a VIP Hall, aiming to provide passengers with convenient, prompt and honorable integrated service for boarding, including passing through the special security check passage for VIPs, making arrangement for check-in by the persons specially assigned and having a rest in the VIP Hall for departure.

(5)Special Services for Special Passengers

If you learn about special services for special passenger groups (child flying without company, senior people, passenger in wheel chair, deaf-mute passenger), please refer to the information desk. They will provide the child flying alone a specially made waistcoat (30 yuan) for easily boarding.

The wearing of the waistcoat would attract the special attention of the flight attendant. You would be greatly impressed by the warm and considerate airport services.

(6)Unexpected Flight (delay, cancellation) Service

Accommodation

According to the Civil Aviation Administration of China, in case of any flight delay or cancellation exceeding two hours at the airport of departure caused by the carrier, such as airplane maintenance, and rescheduling the flight, the airport should provide beverage or food (during meal time) for passengers for free. If the delay surpassed four hours, the airport should provide accommodation services for free. However, owing to reasons brought by non-carrier side, such as the bad weather, emergency, air traffic control, security check or passengers, the airport should assist to arrange accommodation at passengers' expense.

Information Delivery

In case of flight delay or cancellation due to foreseeable situations, for example, a heavy fog, the airport attendant would contact you if time permits via the phone number you leave where you purchase tickets through normal channels; if it fails to contact with you, you'll be informed of the related information about the flight after your arrival at the airport; if you need a short departure, please leave your phone number at the information desk so that they could keep in touch.

Ticket Refunding and Endorsing

By obtaining a delayed flight certification, you can have a full refund at the office where it is issued.

Unused ticket is still available in a year; if you reuse it, please conduct ticket endorsement beforehand.

If you lost your articles in the airport building, please contact the Information Desk in the center of the Departure Hall of Terminal Building A on the second floor.

(8)Temporary Identification for Boarding

If your effective identification is lost, broken or overdue, you may take the loss declaration or a temporary identification issued by the police station (affixing photo and official seal); or other materials proving your identity to get temporary emplaning certificate at the police station at the terminal building in order to deal with the boarding procedure.

(9)Air Insurance Counters

There are insurance windows in the Terminal Building, providing aviation personal accident insurance services for you.

(10)Seamless Transfer Service

If you take flight from Zhangjiajie or Yongzhou to Changsha then transfer to other cities, the seamless transfer service will be a great help to you. When you check in Zhangjiajie or Yongzhou, your luggage can be directly post to your destination. For arrival transfer via Changsha Huanghua International Airport, the airport attendant will meet, greet and assist you with boarding formalities at baggage reclaim and lead you to terminal building.

(11)Luggage Service

Luggage Packing

Generally speaking, cartons must be packed with plastic belt, while soft bags must be locked. Any baggage to be checked in must be well packed, locked and fastened well, which can sustain a certain pressure and can be loaded, unloaded and shipped under normal operating conditions. The airport will provide luggage packing service for you.

Charges: 5 yuan/piece of luggage <=20×40×55cm

10 yuan/piece of luggage >20×40×55cm

Location: at the south entrance to the Departure Hall of Terminal Building A.

Left Luggage

If you want to leave your luggage there for hours or for days, please refer to the left-luggage counters. They can facilitate deposit of your small-sized articles. And cargo shelves are also provided for big-sized luggage.

Charges:

5 yuan for the luggage <=5KG、<=20×40×55cm

10 yuan for the luggage,>50KG、>40×60×100cm

8 yuan for the luggage, between the above two standards

The luggage left over night will be double charged.

Baggage Inquires

When luggage doesn't arrive as scheduled, or is damaged, or missing, the searching counters of the Changsha Huanghua International Airport and CZ Hunan Branch will make investigation on the missing and damaged luggage. After verifying the tag, they will hand over the checked luggage.
