Black technology makes Tianjin eco-city more intelligent

On Jan 18, an unmanned delivery car appeared in Tianjin Sino-Singapore Eco-City, the first time it had run in a complicated urban environment. On the same day, the first unmanned supermarket opened in Tianjin Sino-Singapore Eco-City.

Tianjin Sino-Singapore Eco-City is planning to provide intelligent furniture, intelligent tourism, intelligent products and intelligent commerce to make residents' daily life more convenient in ways beyond unmanned delivery cars and unmanned supermarkets.

The unmanned delivery car can automatically maneuver around barriers and pedestrians.

Consumers can use the code they received by text message to open the box on the unmanned delivery car when it arrives at the assigned place.

Tianjin Sino-Singapore Eco-City will build intelligent bus stops, intelligent lamps, and unmanned buses – overall, an intelligent community. It's just around the corner.

The core of the unmanned delivery car is its automatic driving technology, but the vehicles have many black technologies providing environmental perception, high-precision positioning and decision-making.

The unmanned supermarket is located on the first floor of National Animation Industry Park. The 170- square meter supermarket displays over 800 goods including food and daily necessities.

An unmanned supermarket uses the IoT (Internet of Things), artificial identification, and biological recognition. Tianjin's is currently JD.com's biggest unmanned supermarket.

Tianjin Sino-Singapore Eco-City is the first pilot intelligent city in China, designed to make people's lives easier and more convenient.
