Inner Mongolia Hetao Liquor Group

Inner Mongolia Hetao Liquor Group (内蒙古河套酒业集团股份有限公司) was founded in 1952, and became a joint-stock company in 1997. After 60 years of development, it has developed into the leading enterprise in the wine-making industry in Inner Mongolia autonomous region and one of China’s top 10 enterprises (in light industry) for wine making. 

Located in Hanggin Rear Banner, Bayannuur, Inner Mongolia, the group covers an area of 2.28 million square meters, with a region-level technology center, a national-level testing center, nine national-level liquor assessment experts, 11 regional-level experts and more than 200 technical staff. 

The group has assets totaling 4.2 billion yuan ($635.35 million), and is able to produce 50,000 kiloliters of high-quality liquor and store 120,000 kl of liquor annually. It is the thick flavor liquor production base for North China and a China Time-honored Brand.

In North China’s liquor industry, Hetao Liquor first produced liquor products with an elegant and concentrated fragrance. It was the first company which developed and implemented mechanized and automated production of wine, and also the first company which independently developed and produced fermented milk wine. These innovations make Hetao Liquor Group a leading company in the industry.
