Li Xiaohong, Deputy Mayor of Changsha
Li Xiaohong, born in January 1967, is a male ethnic Han from Shaoyang, Hunan province. He entered the workforce and joined the Communist Part of China (CPC) in 1989. He graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law with a major in economics and holds a bachelor's degree in economics.
He currently serves as the deputy mayor of Changsha in charge of sectors such as transportation, technology and intellectual property.
