Zhang Nengfeng, Secretary-General of the Standing Committee of CPC Changsha
Zhang Nengfeng, born in December 1969, is a male ethnic Han from Anxiang, Hunan province. He entered the workforce and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in 1988. Zhang has an in-service postgraduate education and holds a master's degree in Law.
Zhang currently serves as the secretary-general of the standing committee of CPC Changsha.
