Chen Zhong, Deputy Mayor of Changsha
Chen Zhong, born in September 1964, is a male ethnic Han from Nanxian, Hunan province. He entered the workforce and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in July 1986. He holds a master's degree in management.
He currently serves as the deputy mayor of Changsha.
