Shu Xinggang, Executive Deputy Mayor of Changsha
Shu Xinggang, born in August 1972, is a male ethnic Han from Xiantao, Hubei province. He joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in December 1992 and entered the workforce in July 1993. He holds a master's degree in engineering.
He is currently a member of Standing Committee of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee, Executive Deputy Mayor of Changsha.
