Fu Shenghua, Deputy Mayor of Changsha (temporary)
Fu Shenghua, born in December 1971, is a male ethnic Han from Nanfeng, Jiangxi province. He entered the workforce in November 1991 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in February 2005. He graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University with a major of economics and holds a doctorate degree in economics.
He is currently a member of Standing Committee of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee, Deputy Mayor of Changsha (temporary).
