Tang Xiangyang, Deputy Mayor of Changsha and Director of Changsha Municipal Public Security Bureau
Tang Xiangyang, born in October 1960, is a male ethnic Han from Xiangtan, Hunan province. He entered the workforce in October 1982. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering.
He currently serves as the deputy mayor of Changsha and the director of Changsha Municipal Public Security Bureau.
