Liu Mingli, Deputy Mayor of Changsha
Liu Mingli, born in September 1962, is a male ethnic Han from Liuyang, Hunan province. He entered the workforce in July 1983. He holds a bachelor's degree in medicine.
He currently serves as the deputy mayor of Changsha.
