Qiu Jixing, Deputy Mayor of Changsha
Qiu Jixing, born in April 1972, is a male ethnic Han from Liuyang, Hunan province. He joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in December 1992 and entered the workforce in July 1994. He holds a bachelor's degree in agriculture.
He currently serves as the deputy mayor of Changsha and is responsible for civil service in fields such as commerce, agriculture and events.
