Baxianshan National Nature Reserve is a 3A level natural resort occupying an area of 53.6 square kilometers. Its forest coverage has reached 95 percent. The reserve contains 19 peaks over 900 meters. Juxian Peak, the main peak at the reserve is 1,052 meters high above sea level. Thousand of tropical, subtropical, warm temperate, temperate, and frigid zone plants as well as hundreds of wild animals thrive in the area.
