Deputy mayor Li Shuqi
Li Shuqi, born in August 1962, is an ethnic Han from Tianjin. He entered the workforce in November 1980 and joined the Communist Party of China in January 1983. He holds a master's degree from the Party School of the Central Committee of the CPC, and a master's degree in Business Management.
He is currently deputy mayor of Tianjin.
