Deputy mayor Cao Xiaohong
Cao Xiaohong, born in May 1961, is an ethnic Hui from Qian'an, Jilin province. She entered the workforce in August 1983. She graduated from the Graduate School of Natural Science at Chiba University with a major in microbiology, and holds the degree of Doctor of Agriculture. She is a professor of agriculture.
Cao is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the 11th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee, deputy mayor of Tianjin and vice chairman of the China Zhigong Party's Central Committee.
