In the first three quarters of this year, Inner Mongolia autonomous region has helped more than 120,000 college and university graduates find employment –– 26,400 people more than the same period last year –– achieving 92.6 percent of the annual goal, according to the region’s human resources and social security department.

It is currently peak season for job hunting in Inner Mongolia, and college and university graduates are still under great pressure when it comes to finding jobs.

To try to ease the burden on young jobseekers, Inner Mongolia is taking active measures to promote employment and entrepreneurship, such as organizing special job fairs, and providing funding, guidance, office space and tax relief for graduates starting businesses.

In addition, Inner Mongolia is taking full advantage of online platforms to help graduates find job opportunities.
