Baotou to boast new cloud computing center

Baotou, the largest city of North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region, is to mark new progress in its internet industry with the second phase of Baotou Cloud Computing Center which is currently under construction, according to the government of Qingshan district.

The cloud computing center, co-developed by the government of Qingshan district and Sugon, is located in Qingshan district and will draw in an investment of 200 million yuan ($30.26 million).

Dawning Information Industry Co Ltd (Sugon) is one of China’s leading companies in the field of high-performance computing, server, storage, cloud computing and big data.
