Changchun celebrates Confucius' birthday

"Confucius", also known as Kong Fuzi, or "Master Kong", one of China's most celebrated philosophers who lived during the Spring and Autumn Period (770-476 BC), was memorialized at a Confucius Ceremony on his 2,568th birthday.
Filled with traditional rites and themed "Confucianism continues to be worshiped", the celebration was held at the Confucius Temple in Changchun, capital city of Jilin province on Sept 28.
