China-Mongolia Expo to open in Hohhot

The second China-Mongolia Expo, themed "Building the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor, Embracing Global Cooperation and Win-win Results", will be held from Sept 26 to 30 in Hohhot, capital of China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region.
The expo is being organized by China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOC), Mongolia’s Ministry of Food, Agriculture, and Light Industry; and the government of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, with the aim of establishing a long-term cooperation mechanism, and improving economic cooperation and cultural exchange between China and Mongolia.
The biennial event consists of investment and trade negotiations, exhibitions, forums, and cultural exchanges.
At present, intense preparations are taking place in advance of the opening of the expo.
