Countries benefitting from China's world-connecting Belt & Road Initiative expressed interest in attending the 2018 China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition (Airshow China) while at the 52nd International Paris Air Show from June 19 to 25.
They include Turkey, Australia, and Malaysia while the German delegation is expected to return. At Hall 6, the Zhuhai promotion delegation received exhibitors from traditional air powers such as the US, France, Germany, and Russia, as well as Belt & Road countries Brazil, Japan, Mexico, Iran, and Kuwait. The Zhuhai delegates also visited several major exhibitors to promote the international influence of Airshow China relying on the Belt & Road Initiative.

Next year's airshow in Zhuhai will integrate resources and emphasize domain advantages. Themed display areas will be established for airliners and their supply chains, aero-engines and maintenance, repair and operations (MRO), corporate jets and general aviation, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), and military-civilian integration.
In Paris, nearly 2,000 sq m of exhibition area was occupied by manufacturers such as Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Embraer, United Aircraft Corp (UAC), and Ahtohob; suppliers like Commercial Aircraft Corp of China Ltd (COMAC) including Honeywell, Parker Aerospace, and Aleris; as well as several engine and corporate aircraft enterprises.
A total of 132 aircraft of 2,381 exhibitors from 47 countries and regions attended the Paris exhibition.
