The three-day 11th Jilin Provincial Party Congress closed on May 29 at Provincial Hall in Changchun, the capital of Jilin province.
Bayin Chaolu, Jilin's Party secretary presided over the session.
The congress passed the 10th committee's report and the work report of the Commission for Discipline Inspection.
