Zhuhai culture industry advanced at Shenzhen fair

Seven project agreements from Zhuhai were formally signed on the first day of the 13th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF) on May 11.

They include China Craftsman Valley Music Town, Zhuhai Beishan Starsing Music, ART Cultural Base Cooperation, and Chinese Apparel Culture & Creativity Pavilion. 

This was the first time that "Zhuhai Gifts" appeared in unified packaging and image. Hi-tech cultural and creative products such as a bedside lamp with voice control lighting, elegant crystal glass combined with folk cultural elements, and Zhuhai's intangible cultural heritage item Preserved Duck Bundle were popular with businesspeople. In all, 17 Zhuhai enterprises participated.

Zhuhai Hengqin Babye Technology and Guangdong Starsing Culture Communication jointly established Zhuhai Beishan Starsing Music Development Co Ltd to promote the operation of music copyrights and explore innovative modes. The cooperation will cover performance brokerage, and music education, production, tourism, and copyright trading.

In the meantime, Beishan Lihe Cultural Industry Investment, Hebei Craftsman Valley Tourism Development, and Hebei DJD Tourist & Cultural Communication signed a strategic partnership agreement to jointly invest 1.5 billion yuan ($217.3 million) in the DJD International Music Festival at Baoding of Hebei and China Craftsman Valley Music Town in Zhuhai.

Furthermore, Gemdale Power Port Business Park cooperated with Zhongshan-based Shang Han Cultural Diffusion to establish an ecological science and culture base. It will be venue for locals to spend their weekends when preopening in July. The Chinese ink-wash painting rendering of the base was exhibited at the show.    

Besides, three companies will jointly establish V12 Makers Space, with a showroom to be established by Zhuhai Lets Cultural District and Shandong Jindong Creative. Meanwhile, the Chinese Apparel Culture & Creativity Pavilion will be created by Hengqin DSHuafa Cultural & Creative Co and Zhuhai Technician College.
