Haibin Beach, also known as City Parlor, reopened on April 27 with many upgrades that make it more homey and alluring.
According to the director, Liang Siyuan, the beach opens from 10 am to 6:30 pm daily with tightened security facilities and more lifeguards. It now has 17 certified lifeguards on duty 24 hours a day in two shifts -- 8 am to 7 pm and 7 pm to 8 am.
The supervising company, Xiangzhou Zhengfang Public Resources Operation Co Ltd, renovated worn equipment while adding new items before the reopening. There are also 20,000 cubic meters of high-quality silver sand to offer better leisure experiences.
