Shantou International Hotel

Established in 1988, Shantou International Hotel is the first star-rated hotel in the eastern part of Guangdong province. It is located in the bustling downtown area of Shantou. Adjacent to the commercial district and shopping areas, it is convenient for both business and leisure travelers.

The hotel is noted for its excellent guest services and high-quality facilities, with over 4.6 million people having stayed in its rooms over the past 20 years, including celebrities and top politicians.

It holds the title of the best star-rated hotel in China; an award it has won for the past three consecutive years.

In 2011, the hotel received investment from Yihua Group and underwent a construction project to expand its facilities. It reopened in 2015 under the management of Grand Skylight Hotels Management Co.

The hotel has a total of 262 guestrooms and five restaurants serving a number of different cuisines ––Tai Chi Chinese Restaurant, Revolving Western Restaurant, Rogue Lobby Bar, Guanxing Pavilion, and Niuyi Town Miaori Restaurant. In addition, it has five 1,000-square-meter meeting rooms.
