The Chinese Shadow Puppetry Culture and Art Exhibition at the Zhejiang Provincial Museum invites you to step behind the screen and discover the stories hidden within light and shadow.
Revealing distinct styles of three major shadow puppetry schools in northern, western, and central-southern China, the exhibition also brings to life classic scenes from famous tales such as Romance of the Western Chamber and Legend of the White Snake.
