Wuxi comes alive as 2025 World Taekwondo Championships begin

The 2025 World Taekwondo Championships kicked off at Taihu International Expo Center in Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province, on Oct 24. China's Luo Zongshi won bronze in the women's 57kg category, where Brazil's Maria Clara Pacheco claimed gold. In the men's 87kg, South Korea's Sanghyun Kang secured the gold medal on the first day of competition.
