Zibo colored glaze shines at National Museum of China

At the exhibition, a butterfly and serpent crown created by Liu Yuan, a young female liuli artist from Zibo, Shandong province, caught the audience's eye. The unique color scheme and the design of "serpents entwined with butterflies" amazed viewers.

"I used the traditional Chinese 'butterfly pattern' and designed the serpent as a link between butterflies," Liu said. "I hope more visitors to the National Museum will appreciate our liuli art."
