On Mar 5, Qingdao hosted a cross-border e-commerce overseas warehouse matchmaking event. The event focused on 39 overseas warehouse resources distributed across 17 countries, offering policy support, financial protection, and direct resource connections to help foreign trade enterprises build "overseas outposts." It was attended by eight key operators and over 100 foreign trade company representatives.

Qingdao Area of the China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone, also known as Qingdao FTZ, has increased the number of overseas warehouses through policy support and collaboration. Over 30 warehouses have been established in 23 countries, covering over 500,000 square meters and serving over 10,000 enterprises. This initiative supports Qingdao and Shandong businesses in expanding their international markets through self-built, co-built, and leased warehouse models.

The zone will continue to enhance high-quality resources, empower brand development, improve local services, and strengthen supply chain systems. The goal is to connect local resources with international markets, gradually forming a cross-border, e-commerce development pattern that covers the entire city, radiates across Shandong, and reaches nationwide.
