Several alumni-founded enterprises also signed agreements to settle in the center.
The "Discover SEU Unicorns" competition attracted participation from over 1,500 alumni teams and enterprises worldwide, gathering 106 projects from China and overseas. The top 12 projects presented during the finals showcased cutting-edge innovations in semiconductors, 5G, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things, demonstrating strong potential for growth and commercialization.

The SEU Alumni Innovation Center covers 10,000 square meters and aims to become an incubator for high-tech innovation projects, integrating technology R&D, commercialization, and business incubation.
A SEU Nanjing Alumni Association representative highlighted the significance of universities independently establishing and operating alumni industrial parks. This initiative bridges the gap between cutting-edge research and market application and aligns alumni-driven innovation with local economic development, fostering a thriving alumni economy.
