Qingdao FTZ hosts 2025 Spring Job Fair

The 2025 Qingdao Free Trade Zone (FTZ) Spring Job Fair was held on Feb 14. With the theme of "Bringing Jobs, Promoting Employment", the event aimed to enhance the business environment and attract talent. Over 140 companies, including Sailun, AUCMA, and Haier, offered over 420 jobs across advanced manufacturing, trade, biopharmaceuticals, and finance.

"The zone's employment services have helped us overcome recruitment challenges. We look forward to deeper government-business collaboration in talent acquisition to drive high-quality industrial development," said Tan Guangquan, manufacturing director at Qingdao Haier.

The hybrid job fair featured a live-stream recruitment zone, attracting 10,000 online participants. In total, over 1,800 resumes were collected, leading to 257 preliminary hiring agreements. On-site, innovation and entrepreneurship zones and policy service booths were set up, distributing over 1,500 promotional materials.

The event also launched Talent Service Month and recognized top employers and employment initiatives. In the future, Qingdao FTZ will strengthen talent policies, industry-education integration, and employment services to drive high-quality growth.
