To build a stronger, younger, and more professional talent pool for State-owned enterprises, Wuxi National Hi-Tech District, also known as Xinwu district, has launched a global recruitment campaign for 65 positions. Applications are open until April 30, 2025.
Applicants must hold Chinese nationality and not possess foreign permanent or long-term residence permits. The age limit is typically 18 to 35 but can be extended to 40 for master's degree holders or those with intermediate professional qualifications, and to 45 for doctoral degree holders or those with senior professional qualifications.
Applicants can submit materials and undergo the preliminary qualification review online via the official portal: https://talent.nchr.com.cn. For overseas returnees, foreign-language documents must be translated into Chinese and uploaded with both versions.
Required documents include:
1. A copy of the applicant's national ID card (both sides).
2. Overseas degree certificates and accreditation from the Chinese Ministry of Education (for returnees).
3. Bachelor's degree and above graduation and degree certificates.
4. Proof of student leadership roles, awards, certificates, published papers, and internships (up to 10 documents).
5. Work experience, professional titles, and national vocational qualification certificates.
6. Other supporting documents required by the position.
Each candidate may apply for only one position. After the preliminary review, the selection process will include talent assessments, qualification reviews, interviews, and medical examinations.
