Lin-gang Special Area boosts business assistance with dedicated hotline

Shanghai's Lin-gang Special Area has seen growing demand for its "10100820" service hotline, now a go-to resource for local enterprises.

The hotline was officially launched on July 1, 2022 under the guidance of the Lin-gang Special Area Administration. In addition to taking inquiries and requests over telephone, the platform also offers online services for Lin-gang enterprises such as policy consultation and business processing, among other functions.

The hotline has made efforts recently to upgrade its services and increase awareness, offering valuable 24/7 support. Enterprises may dial "10100820" for help at any time, day or night, and service specialists will promptly answer questions and arrange on-site services when required.

For those problems that cannot be resolved immediately, the Lin-gang Special Area Enterprise Service Center will create a task assignment mechanism and request relevant departments to assist in seeking solutions.

In addition, the service specialists also focus on various preferential policies issued by Shanghai and the Lin-gang Special Area, acting as a resource library. They then work to match these policies with enterprises to support effective implementation and maximize their benefits.
