Direct Xi'an-Phnom Penh flight to launch on Dec 29

Spring Airlines will inaugurate a new direct flight route from Xi'an, Shaanxi province, to Phnom Penh, capital of Cambodia, on Dec 29. The route will be operated by an Airbus A320 with flight numbers 9C6235 and 9C6236.

The flight will depart from Xi'an at 8:15 am and arrive in Phnom Penh at 11:55 am local time. From Dec 31 to March 29, 2025, flight 9C6235 will depart at 10:05 am and arrive at 2:40 pm.

The service will run on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Adjustments to the schedule will be considered based on market demand to ensure sustainable operations and enhanced service for travelers.

Previously, passengers traveling from Xi'an to Phnom Penh often faced the inconvenience of connecting flights, resulting in longer travel times and increased effort. The new direct route significantly streamlines travel for tourists and business professionals, offering a faster and more efficient option.

With the addition of the Xi'an-Phnom Penh route, Spring Airlines now operates four international routes from Xi'an. This expansion is crucial in meeting the growing demand for international travel and further facilitating exchanges between the two cities.
