Spring Airlines recently opened its new headquarters in the east area of Shanghai's Hongqiao International Central Business District (CBD), next to the Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport.
The newly constructed building, costing 1.36 billion yuan (approximately $210 million), spans 43,000 square meters, with seven floors above ground and three underground. This new facility, which is three times the size of the previous headquarters, will serve as the hub for Spring Airlines' operations, control, business, and maintenance dispatch centers.
Additionally, Spring Airlines launched the Spring Airlines Craftsman Academy, supported by the Changning District Federation of Trade Unions. The academy aims to build a high-quality, highly skilled workforce to meet aviation industry demands. It will enhance professional training, establish a talent database, organize skills competitions, and develop model worker studios.
