Ningbo unveils inaugural biodiversity scenic route

The government of Ningbo rolled out the city's first-ever biodiversity scenic route on Nov 27.

This carefully crafted route seamlessly connects a variety of unique ecological landscapes, including a millennium-old redwood tree grove and a vast terrace field situated in Dayan town, Fenghua district. It provides an ideal setting for both residents and visitors to immerse themselves in nature, explore diverse ecosystems, and appreciate the beauty of the surroundings.

The stunning landscapes of Dayan were showcased in the film The Moments We Shared, which premiered nationwide on June 22.

Captivated by the enchanting beauty of Dayan, Zhang Jiajia, a renowned author and the film director, shared his delight, stating, "It perfectly captures the image I envisioned - pristine mountains, flowing waters, and quaint houses. Every step I take here evokes a sense of nostalgia, transporting me back to my childhood, back to my hometown."
