NHIZ holds talent selection competition in Shanghai

The Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (NHIZ) held a selection competition in Shanghai on Nov 1 during the ninth Tongzhou Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition to attract top-tier talents from across the globe to establish or join businesses within NHIZ.

Entrepreneurs from key industry chains such as electronics information, energy storage, intelligent equipment, energy conservation, and environmental protection eagerly participated in this competition. Ultimately, 12 entrepreneurial teams were singled out for an intense on-site showdown for coveted advancement opportunities.

In his address, Li Xiaojun, a member of the Party Working Committee of NHIZ, emphasized NHIZ's pivotal role as a vital industrial cluster and innovation nucleus within Tongzhou district. The region remains steadfast in its commitment to nurturing talent, prioritizing high-quality development through scientific and technological innovation, and fostering a deep integration of the innovation, talent, and industrial chains.

For years, NHIZ has consistently strived to cultivate an entrepreneurial haven by offering comprehensive support measures, including policy backing, platform facilitation, service assurances, and various incentives to empower entrepreneurs to translate their visionary concepts into tangible realities. This concerted effort not only encourages innovation but also infuses a fresh vigor into regional economic development.
