The 7th China International Import Expo opened on Nov 5, welcoming over 7,800 professional attendees from Hangzhou representing more than 2,800 businesses and institutions.

From Nov 5 to 10, the delegation will participate in a wide range of activities, including on-site procurement, project discussions, partnership agreements, and cultural exchanges.

Highlights among the high-tech displays from Hangzhou include the Unitree humanoid robot and the GBART eco-friendly printing machine by Wensli, showing Hangzhou's dynamic engagement with high-level foreign trade and its capacity for innovation.

In the "Vibrant Zhejiang" exhibit, 17 Hangzhou cultural heritage items are featured, including rice wine, silk, and tea. A solo performance of the ancient West Lake guqin piece Flowing Water will be performed on the main stage for the first time, while six "China Time-Honored Brand" projects and three UNESCO-recognized intangible cultural heritage crafts like Hangzhou silk weaving, seal engraving, and Jingshan tea ceremony will also be showcased, bringing a multifaceted display of Hangzhou's cultural heritage to the expo.

Hangzhou's delegation will join Zhejiang's key import platform promotion and signing ceremony, with procurement agreements in intelligent manufacturing and biomedicine, aiming to expand imports and drive advancements in industry, consumption, and trade.

The delegation will also bring over 40 digital economy and high-tech companies to a parallel digital economy and high-tech industry summit. There, they will be joined by companies like Walmart, Yokogawa, and GE Healthcare in exploring digital cooperation, R&D, and talent exchange.
