China-Europe freight train (Xi'an) makes over 4,000 trips in 2024

The X9043 China-Europe freight train, loaded with new energy vehicles, machinery, household appliances, chemicals, and more, departed from Xi'an Guogang Railway Station on Oct 18, bound for Baku, Azerbaijan, and traversing the Caspian Sea transit corridor.

This marked the 126th China-Europe freight train (Xi'an) crossing the Caspian Sea transit corridor this year, bolstering transport capabilities along the corridor.

This year, the China-Europe freight train (Xi'an) has operated over 4,000 trips, consistently leading in key metrics like operation volume, freight volume, and container load rates nationwide.

Known for its speed, high level of automation, extensive network coverage, comprehensive services, and cost efficiency, the China-Europe freight train (Xi'an) has become a shining symbol of Shaanxi's reform and opening-up initiative.

The China-Europe freight train (Xi'an) currently runs 18 international routes regularly, achieving full coverage of major cargo origins in Asia and Europe.
