North Chuangye Co, a subsidiary of Inner Mongolia First Machinery Group in Baotou city, guided the Risalpur factory in Islamabad, Pakistan, in mass-producing high-capacity open freight cars by assembling semi-knocked-downs.

Semi knocked-down used to describe a product that is exported in a set of parts that have been partly put together and which are then all put together for sale to customers.

Since its first entry into the Pakistan railway freight market in 2021, when it secured an order for 820 railcars, the company has consistently provided high-quality products and services, supporting the improvement and efficiency of Pakistan's rail freight sector.

This achievement follows North Chuangye's trial production, mass manufacturing, and operational launch of flat cars in Pakistan in June.

Using its technical expertise, North Chuangye has guided Pakistan Railways in establishing assembly lines in Lahore and Islamabad.

The guidance covered multiple aspects, including staff member training, equipment upgrades, material inventory, process planning, quality control, and system establishment. As a result, the Risalpur factory has achieved a comprehensive upgrade in its vehicle assembly production line.

This milestone marks the beginning of localized production for Pakistan's railway freight trains.

North Chuangye will continue collaborating with Pakistan to produce both semi-knocked-down and completely knocked-down models.

Implementing this project promotes the company's transition from product output to a combination of product and service output, enhancing its competitiveness in expanding overseas markets.
