North-western Cargo International Airlines' Flight CO9625 took off from Xi'an Xianyang International Airport at 8 am on Sept 4 and landed at Tashkent International Airport in Uzbekistan at 1:12 pm.
The Xi'an-Tashkent route is North-western Cargo International Airlines' second international cargo route in Central Asia, following the Xi'an-Almaty route, and the fourth cargo route opened this year.
Operated by a B757-200F aircraft, the initial plan is to operate one flight per week, which will gradually increase based on market demand. The transported goods include mechanical parts, communication equipment, electronics, and specialty agricultural products. These primarily serve the supply chain demands of Shaanxi province's new energy vehicles, electronic information, and cross-border e-commerce industries.
North-western Cargo International Airlines will continue to expand international cargo routes, create new air cargo channels, and provide more aviation support to help Shaanxi become a hub for reform and opening-up.
